Refining
We take pride in the exceptional quality of our products.
Through our global refining network, we produce fuels and a wide array of products, efficiently distributed by our marketing, lubricants, and supply divisions.
Our top priorities are safety, operational reliability, and environmental responsibility. We've recently enhanced multiple refineries and rolled out a comprehensive loss prevention program across all facilities. This behavior-based safety initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to injury-free workplaces and drives operational excellence.
Our refining network serves a diverse global customer base.
Seven of our refineries contribute to over 95% of our total crude oil refining capacity. Our key facilities in Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Richmond, and El Segundo, California, are critical to supplying the Pacific Basin markets. Meanwhile, our Pascagoula, Mississippi, and Pasadena, Texas refineries focus on the Atlantic Basin region. These state-of-the-art plants are equipped to handle heavy crude oils and produce premium transportation fuels and other valuable products.
The Pasadena Refinery, integrated into our operations in May 2019, processes up to 110,000 barrels of crude oil per day. Strategically connected to the Pascagoula Refinery and Houston blending centers, it enhances our capability to refine more Permian Basin light crude efficiently.
Our refineries power international markets with reliable energy solutions.

Case Study: New coke drums have been effectively installed at the El Segundo Refinery.
Transporting six massive coke drums through the streets of Los Angeles’ South Bay was not accomplished in just a few nights; it required nearly four years of detailed planning and precise execution. The objective was to safely replace six drums installed in the 1960s with modern versions. Above all, we were committed to completing this task without any incidents or injuries.
