Fran Garcia has 20+ years of general accounting, internal audit, reporting and budget experience. She previously served as a Financial System Manager for Gulf Mexico Oil Platform. Prior to joining Gulf Mexico Oil Platform in 2005, Ms. Garcia held various positions at Sony Electronics Inc.
Ms. Garcia received her B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University, and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.
